                          TERMS OF SERVICE

As a Member of BankVaultTraffic Exchange, I Agree to the following terms and conditions without exception.

Administrator(s) will not sell, trade, or otherwise divulge any personal information for any reason.

Member will use an email address that does not lead to a non-existent email account, an auto-responder account, or a catch all account that will fill up and bounce emails. 

Member acknowledges that should emails sent from our system bounce, your account may be deleted and you may lose any credits/income that you have earned. Warnings will always be attempted prior to removing an account.

** Member acknowledges that in order to receive bonus signup credits and fully activate your account, you must surf the required number of sites. Once fully activated, your referrer will also receive their bonus credits for referring you.

IF you DO NOT fully activate your membership within 4 days, you are signifying that you are not interested in remaining with the site and understand you will be removed from the Site without further notice.

Member acknowledges that the Administrator(s) of Bank Vault Traffic may send an occasional email if they have news or something they feel is worth consideration. Member acknowledges that the Administrator(s) will not abuse this and emails will be kept to a minimum.

If you wish to stop receiving emails from Bank Vault Traffic at any time in the future, you may request via email that the Administrator(s) close your account.

Member agrees to NOT place any Sites, Banners, Hotlinks, or links of any other type that are Pornographic, Illegal or objectionable in nature on the Exchange. If in doubt of the acceptability of a site, Member will contact the Administrator(s) prior to setting it up. Member also acknowledges that doing so may result in having their membership on Bank Vault Traffic being terminated without warning, which will result in the loss of any and all earnings Member may have accumulated.

Member agrees NOT to open multiple browser windows to surf. Member acknowledges that the reason that people join a surfing site is to get exposure to their various sites and offers. Opening multiple windows defeats the objective and very nature of a traffic exchange. If caught cheating this way (or any other way), Member accepts that their membership may be cancelled at the discretion of the site Administrator(s). Member accepts that if their account is cancelled that all of their sites, links, and banners will be deleted and Member will forfeit any and all income they may have earned.
Every Member will receive at least one warning prior to losing their account.

Member is responsible for making sure that any sites they add to the Bank Vault Traffic Exchange will load fast enough to be seen within the surf timer settings. It is pointless to list a site that will not load within the surf timer alloted time, as it most likely will never be seen by other members. 

Member agrees that they will not put up a site that can not be controlled. Sites with multiple popups and popunders or other frame stopping and irritating gadgets will be removed without warning and banned from the system.

Member acknowledges that Bank Vault Traffic may or may not accept rotator sites at its own discretion. Because rotators are usually beyond a Members control, Member acknowledges that if they choose to use a rotator site and something on it breaks frames, they will receive a warning about placing these types of links. If a Member continues to post these types of links after being warned, it is likely that the member will lose their account and any earnings that may have accumulated.
If a Member would like to test a rotator for compliance, it would be best to contact the site Administrator(s) prior to posting sites like this.

Member acknowledges that the speed of all Traffic Sites can be affected by the number of sites in the Database. Should a Member account show a negative balance and no activity for a period of more than 90 days, the Administrator(s) will assume the Member has abandoned their account and remove it to keep active member surfing at the best possible speed.
If a Member knows they will be absent for an extended period of time, it is up to the Member to notify the site Administrator(s) via email and receive a positive response from the site Administrator(s). This will keep your account active without having it deleted and losing all accumulated credits and/or cash.

Member agrees to only email their Direct Referrals once per week, and that they will never send material that may be offensive to them. If a Member violates this provision, their account will be removed without warning and all traffic credits and/or cash will be forfeited. Again, if you have any doubt about the material you want to send, contact the site Administrator(s) in advance to get approval.

Member is responsible to check out these terms from time to time, as they may change without notification.

The Site Administrator will attempt to issue fair warnings for any violations of these terms and allow a reasonable amount of time for corrective action prior to removing a user account.

Member acknowledges that all fees paid to Bank Vault Traffic (owned and operated by WGS Enterprises LLC - PO Box 398, Wicomico, VA 23184) are for advertising services and/or monthly membership fees. Member further acknowledges that no warranties express or implied are offered as to the value placed on the various services or advertising offered by this site.

Member acknowledges that no guarantees have been offered by Bank Vault Traffic (owned and operated by WGS Enterprises LLC - PO Box 398, Wicomico, VA 23184) either express or implied that a Member will make a specified amount of money each month. All income earned through pay-per-view, referral income, or any other method is a direct result of the effort put forth by the Member. Results may vary, and no guarantees are made as to the amount of earnings each month if any.

Member acknowledges that due to cash earnings abilities offered by this site, that membership fees are non-refundable.
If the site offered refunds of membership fees, it would simply encourage cheating, therefore, no refunds are offered .

Member acknowledges that Bank Vault Traffic (BankVaultTraffic.com) (owned and operated by WGS Enterprises LLC - PO Box 398, Wicomico, VA 23184) is not a financial institution, is not involved in any way in the securities industry, is a for-profit business, and offers a variety of services and media for Member use and consideration. No Member is ever coherced, bribed, threatened, or otherwise manipulated into paying any fees or purchasing any service from this site.

 Member acknowledges that any advertisement, link to another site, proposal, or other type of information presented on this site by another Member is not the responsibility of the  owner(s) of BankVaultTraffic.com (owned and operated by WGS Enterprises LLC - PO Box 398, Wicomico, VA 23184) and will not hold the site liable for any consequential damages, loss of income, loss of time, or any other loss suffered by a Member.

All of the aforementioned agreement may be modified permanently or temporarily on a case-by-case basis due to unusual circumstances. Any modifications will be in writing and posted on this page. In the event of a temporary or special circumstance modification, a written agreement will be provided to the Partie(s) involved.
